We make no guarantees about the upcoming Tom Green appearance at the Irvine Improv. Rumor has it, nearly ten years after his divorce from Drew Barrymore, the avant comic is still bitter and given to fits of pique. But we're talking about a man whose numerous claims to fame involve sucking on a cow's udder, wearing helmets made of meat, jerking off a horse and elephant respectively and gifting the late '90s MTV airwaves with some of the most twisted comedy to be broadcast by a mainstream cable juggernaut. There's a good chance whatever happens in Irvine, it'll be interesting. Critics love to toot the horn of the Jackass crew for taking gross-out comedy to new heights. Little does the world acknowledge, they owe Green a tip of their hats.
