I saw a new twist to this latino centric act. Father in qas station changes diaper, places used one on top of car, then drives off "forgetting" about the shitbag that has now fallen into the street.

Diaper Not-So-Dandy
[Hey, You!] Where not to leave your little ones' special deliveries
I didn't think it needed to be said, but apparently, some irresponsible parents have not gotten the message that it is NOT okay to leave a used diaper anywhere other than a trash can. To the people who left one on the seat of a city bus and another behind a public toilet: You are disgusting. Just because you have the ability to reproduce doesn't mean you should—especially if you can't take proper care of your little ones' special deliveries.
