There's something about celebrity name puns that make for ever-so-clever band names. Gnarls Barkley. Los Angeles hipsters Pocahaunted. Tennessean metal band the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. It's not surprising that the Motor City would produce two white boy goofballs (in the best sense of the phrase) Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. As chuckle-inducing as these band names are, some celebrities don't appreciate this honor and throw out a good old fashioned cease and desist. However, the actual Dale Earnhardt Jr. finds humor in the name and is a fan of the indie pop duo. Apparently, fellow NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson teases Junebug about the whole situation. No word on what the band will do if Junebug decides to name his son Dale III.
