Orange County native Brad Williams has no problem laughing at his own shortcomings, and as a dwarf, he has that material down pat. But it’s his ability to put his audience at ease when discussing the public’s aversion to the disabled that allows the sincere laughter to start rolling across faces of all colors and sizes. After displaying his talent at a Carlos Mencia comedy show, Williams was invited to open for the Mind of Mencia star—and he’s been touring with him ever since.
