This should be a good event for Star Trek fans to take their wives or girlfriends to—at least it would be if they had either. Kidding! The entertainment franchise that taught generations of sci-fi fans the value of tolerance and rational thinking is discussed by its most memorable and iconic player, Leonard Nimoy. No actor associated with the series is as eloquent and insightful as he (possibly Stewart, definitely not Shatner), and we dare say you couldn’t find a Trekkie with a more fascinating post-Enterprise body of work. Nimoy has penned books about inner conflicts with his Vulcan alter ego and even directed a few unlikely film and television projects—see Three Men and a Baby. Attending this one is a no-brainer—yet highly logical.
