This proggish power trio of young Long Beach State scholars performs an eclectic blend of sonic wizardry, running the gamut from early Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Mars Volta. Dig their name, too. It's as if the Bible replaced the main animal character from the tale of Jonah and the Whale with a tentacled cephalopod.
