Spring break isn’t usually the time for detoxing­—in fact, it’s usually dedicated to pushing livers to their breaking points­— but detoxing is a befitting theme for this crowd. High-school kids can celebrate no more pencils, no more books, no more teachers’ dirty looks (for a while, anyway) at this teens-only music-and-dance festival presented by Sinfony and Legendary Promotions. The Detox Massive entertainment includes the Detox resident DJs as well as special performances by Italian Sensation, Kid Statik, the Goonies, Bulimiatron and more. The club won’t be selling any booze, but it does offer something pretty great for otherwise housebound, angst-ridden teens: a party on a Tuesday night.
