If you want to dance to gloomy post-punk rock, dress in your best black attire and shades and sway to She Wants Revenge at the Glass House. The Los Angeles duo of Justin Warfield and DJ Adam 12 create dark-yet-danceable songs reminiscent of Depeche Mode, New Order and—most notably—Joy Division. In fact, Warfield’s deep voice usually gets compared to Ian Curtis of Joy Division and Interpol’s Paul Banks. The band have stayed mostly quiet since their last album in 2007, but they are currently on a long tour supporting the soon-to-be-released Valleyheart.
