From a Clubs Editor perspective, it's refreshing to see top-shelf live entertainment in Fullerton that's not plopped in the middle of the main drag on Harbor Blvd. A person grows tired of stepping over the vomit of those dirt farming, Inland Empire weekend warriors. Take a trip over to Big's Grill on Stage College where rockabilly, or rockabella afficionado, Kat Karling, puts on one hell of a live event. Tonight will feature the slide guitar, pedal-steel stylings of Missouri native Deke Dickerson. Big's is a good spot for this sort of gig as it has a large dance floor to groove on. It also goes well with the large beer selection. So hoist a pint and cut some rug.
