If you watch the Travel Channel, then you’re familiar with Anthony Bourdain. As host of the Emmy-winning television show No Reservations, Bourdain is known for his no-holds-barred style of exploring various cultures and cuisines. This host/chef/author has scoured the globe—from Las Vegas to Harbin, China, and just about everywhere else you can imagine—seeking out the unique offerings of the world. During his lecture at the Cerritos Center, Bourdain will share “his views of the culture of cooking, globalization, leadership and the celebrity-chef phenomenon.” Following the talk will be a question-and-answer session, meaning a rare chance to ask him about life as a famous food connoisseur.
