Although Khan’s memory lives on in the hearts of warlords and Star Trek fans alike, Subutai’s career is more obscure—but if you’re all about guys like that, then you need to monetize your predilection for esoterica at the Basement Lounge’s Pub Quiz. Masterminded by the genial David Thornton, the Pub Quiz pays American cash to people whose minds are bristling with trivia, up to and including—courtesy of guest quiz lord Jesse Wilder, which is the whole point—identifying songs based on a few snippets of a drum solo.
