Here's a good way to jump start the Halloween weekend. Phil Shane, the "One Man Legend," will be performing at Alex's. Sporting some serious musical chops, oodles of stage presence charisma and, best of all, sequined jackets. Shane is known to play covers spanning the oldies era. And for Halloween no no one will prove more scary — scary talented that is.
