Ah, the Vandals. Those perpetually puerile purveyors of all things perverted, unpretentious, and above all, punk rock. We have a soft spot in our hearts for these lovable misfits and the memories they've inspired such as guitarist Warren Fitzgerald savagely punching himself in the genitals for the enjoyment of onlookers - the man knows funny. And if there was ever a time during their 30-year-career when they needed the support of their hometown, it's now. Faced with mounting legal costs stemming from a lawsuit filed against the band by Hollywood entertainment newspaper Daily Variety (the band parodied the rag on their 2004 album cover Hollywood Potato Chip), The Vandals are holding a benefit concert at the Glass House.
