The Flintstones lied to us. It portrayed a peaceful co-existence between humans and dinosaurs, where people were able to treat the prehistoric creatures as pets, or use them to accomplish household tasks. But as anyone older than preschool age (hopefully) knows, dinosaurs and humans were millions of years apart, which totally sucks because dinosaurs are really awesome. The touring Walking with DinosaursThe Arena Spectacular is the closest folks can get to watching dinosaurs in action, and its returning to the Honda Center. Theres 10 species (including a T. Rex, natch) represented from the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods, plus its based on an exhaustively researched, historically accurate BBC series. But any learning is just a fringe benefitits a show full of giant dinosaur robots. Come on.
