A flugelhorn sounds like it could belong at Oktoberfest, while a vibraphone might be the instrument of choice at Hempfest, but the sultry sounds of both will fill the air when the Festival of Arts presents “Art, Jazz, Wine & Chocolate: What Could Be Better?” As the event’s title implies, every Thursday night, for an additional fee, festival attendees can sample chocolate and wine while perusing the outdoor art galleries—and if they aren’t already buzzing off the alcohol, the jazz ensembles’ smooth sounds will just add to the atmosphere.
