Buen Provecho

MOLAA

Hamburgers, french fries, and drive-thru fried chicken sandwich concoctions are all well and good, but give us a heaping plate of spicy, savory Latin cuisine and we couldn’t be happier. Every month, the Museum of Latin American Art presents a cooking class (adults only, no kiddies, please) to share the secrets of Latin American cooking. This session, hosted by Chef Consuelo Campos, will feature huachinango a la veracruzana, a dish of flaky red snapper marinated in lime and baked in a caper-tomato sauce. Chef Campos (who recently hosted MOLAA’s mole seminar) will not only divulge tips and tricks to authentic Latin cooking, but will also focus on presentation, ingredient selection, and our favorite part of any cooking class, tasting. Delicioso.
