Kid n’ Play threw a lot of house parties in the 1990s—some were so good that George Clinton, Martin Lawrence and Salt-n-Pepa showed up. But if bumpin’ hip-hop parties and high-top hair cuts don’t do it for you, but washboard abs do, then the ‘90s House Party at Club Ripples should be a good time. Ripples is the largest and longest-running gay and lesbian nightclub in Long Beach, and this throwback club night is just one part of their summer lineup—all featuring their famous cheap drinks and ocean views. Plus, like any good house party, there’s beer pong!
