Even in the land of fairy tales, Cinderella didnt exactly have the easiest life: forced to be a servant, battling jealous stepsisters, having only a couple hours to be the belle of the ball before transforming back to her commoner ways. For those who love the timeless story, her struggle but ultimate success in landing Prince Charming is being brought to the stage by the classically trained dancers of the Maple Youth Ballet. With original choreography by Artistic Director Charles Maple and student performers that work through an eight-level program at the conservatory, this Cinderella will be anything but ordinary. The full-length production even comes complete with fairy godmother and magical pumpkin-turned-carriageand promises to be over by midnight.
