Here at the Weekly, we love us some cops-behaving-badly humor. Though the non-fiction kind is the comedic gold you cant hope to write, we prefer the scripted type—à la Reno 911!—because, well, it helps us sleep better at night knowing police officers wouldn’t really make a PSA advertising a wallet-sized card with the legal ages of consent in all 50 States (14 in Idaho!). Making a cross-county comedy trek comes Cedric Yarbrough (Deputy Jones) and Carlos Alazraqui (Officer Garcia, sans mustache) with a one-two punch of a cop-buddy duo. Complete with improv, comedic skits, stand-up and even a little music, Yarbrough and Alazraqui might not be here to protect, but they’re sure here to serve as one damn-fine form of entertainment.
