Absolutely heart-melting: The Irvine Animal Care Center (IACC) will be sponsoring “Home for the Holidays,” a pet adoption event to raise awareness about Irvine’s growing homeless pet population on Saturday, December 6 from 10 a.m. 3 p.m. The free event will feature more than 500 animals available for adoption, pet-related vendors, food, a silent auction, raffle, bake sale and “Ask a Vet” and “Ask a Trainer” booths, plus Santa Claus will be on hand to take photographs with children and family pets. Plus, who doesn't want a puppy or kitty for Christmas?!
