Margaret Cho

Brea Improv

Since landing a gig as the opening act for Jerry Seinfeld in the late ’80s, Margaret Cho has become a comedic force, boldly confronting issues of race, sex, politics and aesthetics and leaving a slew of shattered stereotypes in her wake. Famous for her unbridled, in-your-face approach to humor, Cho revolutionized the role of Asian-Americans in show business. But all that aside, did you know she can sing? For two nights at the Brea Improv, Cho and her friends will deliver an impromptu performance of standup, sketches and music that will show you exactly what this award-winning comedian is all about.
