Published on October 22, 2009 at 2:40am

It's the Irvine Park Pumpkin Patch, Charlie Brown! Actually, you don't have to be part of the Peanuts gang in order for you to get your fill of great pumpkins. Nothing welcomes autumn like the sacrificial gutting of these tasty orange squashes. But wait--there's more! This patch hosts more than just a crop of jack-o-lanterns in waiting. A slew of family-friendly attractions also await your visit including: train rides, face painting, hay rides, and paddle boats. Open every day from 10 a.m., the Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch is free to all!
