2009 is the International Year of Astronomy. Come celebrate the 400th anniversary of when Galileo first pointed a telescope toward the night sky. Includes astronomy exhibits, videos and activities for children. Solar telescopes will be setup for safe viewing of our Sun. Join the star party after sunset at nearby Borrego Park and see planets, nebulas and star clusters.
