In the Music Bible, the Runaways begat the Go-Go’s and the Go-Go’s begat the Bangles —in fact, Bangles bassist Michael Steele was a former member of the Runaways, and in later years, Bangles guitarist Vicki Petersen toured as a member of the Go-Go’s.
