Miss Coco Peru

Art Theatre

By Mark Miller

Published on August 21, 2009 at 2:40am

Arguably one of the most well known drag queens working today, Miss Coco Peru is a storyteller/monologist who’s appeared in numerous movies—including the gay romantic comedy Trick—as well as shows such as Arrested Development, Will and Grace and Bravo’s Boy Meets Boy. This Thursday, the multiple GLAAD award-winner will be performing her fierce brand of comedy and song at Long Beach’s Art Theatre to raise money for local LGBT youth. This marks Miss Coco’s first time performing in Long Beach—and it’s an extra special occasion since the show lands on her birthday so come celebrate in fabulous style.
