Liquid Aloha Fest

Sutra

Published on July 16, 2009 at 2:41am

Join Jesse Billauer and Kona Brewing Co. on Saturday for the "Liquid Aloha Fest," a fundraiser for Billauer's foundation Life Rolls On (LRO). True to its tradition of hosting high-profile international acts at surf events, LRO brings Jamaica's Eek-A-Mouse to the party, complete with 4 hours of an open Kona Brewing Co. bar, featuring Longboard Lager, Fire Rock Pale Ale, Wailua Wheat and apps at Sutra in Costa Mesa. The party continues with a fashion show at 9 p.m. and a live set by Ravi Drums (regular act on Howie Does it) and Eric Cubeechee (former 100.3 The Beat DJ) to follow. The Kona "Liquid Aloha Fest" launch party also happens to be the opening Saturday night of the Hurley US Open of Surfing.
