[Hey, You!] Bond. Series E Bond

As we all know, times are tough. That’s why I walked into my local bank the other day to cash an old Series E government bond that I received on my birthday in 1978. Although you guys just received a $45 BILLION bailout, you refused to cash out my bond, despite the language on its back stating my bond could be cashed at any bank. Your excuse? I don’t have an account with you, and you have no recourse if the bond is returned for some reason. The government has enough money to hand you 45 freaking BILLION dollars of our taxpayer money, and you’re worried it won’t honor my $25 bond? WTF???
