A Canadian-born actor and stand-up comedian, Harland Williams’ three most popular movie roles are that of the pee-drinking cop in Dumb and Dumber, the stoner with a heart of gold in Half Baked and the dimwitted astronaut in Rocketman. Offbeat though these characters may be, they don’t hold a candle to his stand-up persona.
