Thursday night is widely known as “college Friday” and in a university town like Long Beach, it’s often the catalyst for a long weekend of debauchery and belligerence. Needless to say, you don’t want to get caught sleeping through it. Thankfully, Long Beach nightclub Sachi (which means “happy” in Japanese) offers Rockstar Thursdays—a night whose staple attraction, besides nixing the cover charge, is $4 mixed drinks concocted with Rockstar Energy Drink. Thursday night at this seaside venue is the place to be for roaming blackouts, drunken dancing and 1 a.m. taco munching, courtesy of the venue’s outside taco bar. Experience the glory of this party-centric weekday for yourself.
