Love Struck

By ERIN DEWITT

Published on February 12, 2009 at 2:42am

All alone this Valentine’s Day weekend? Happen to have incredibly hip taste in hip-hop but no one to share it with? Then you ought to hit up a good old-fashioned warehouse party and surround yourself with several hundred like-minded people at “Love Struck,” held at Costa Mesa’s Box Office (a big, empty warehouse—perfect for raging parties). Blowing out industrial-sized speakers will be Power 106 DJ Felli Fell along with Young L from The Pack (you know, “Got my Vans on, but they look like sneakers.”), Shawn Isaac and F.I.D. Free parking, full bar, dress code enforced...Friday the 13th may very well get you lucky after all.
