In what was once considered a passtime for middle-aged hetero men, the fine art of bowling has become decidedly more glamorous. Spin Tuesdays, a new weekly event at Lucky Strike in Orange, looks to not only spice up this otherwise drab sport, but also the lacking gay-nightlife scene in Orange County. This week will be hosted by a fierce matriarch of a drag-queen, Momma, and her smokin’ set of go-go boys. At no cover charge (yay recession!), Spin Tuesdays generously provides DJs, dancing, and the chance to throw around some big, heavy balls. And there’s bowling, too.
