The Glory of Christmas

By The Crystal Cathedral

Published on December 24, 2008 at 2:45am

An Orange County holiday classic, The Glory of Christmas presents a cast of more than 200 soloists and dancers performing. Through pageantry, marvel and music (thanks to a pre-recorded London Symphony Orchestra), The Glory of Christmas is one the largest living nativities in the world. Featuring flying angels (don't worry, they're on strings) soaring high above the audience, mesmerizing special effects and an array of Bethlehem era live animals (camels!). Accompanied by the Crystal Cathedral world-renowned pipe organ, adult and child soloists perform original and traditional holiday standards such as 'O Holy Night,' 'Sleep Holy Child,' 'What Child is This?' and 'Mary, Did You Know?'
