Eddie Sanchez may share the same surname as a messy bedroom maneuver but don’t bring that up with him unless you enjoy extreme physical pain. This Sanchez is an Ultimate Fighting Championship contender and at 6’ 2” and 230 lbs., it’s probably best to stay on his good side. Sure, he was 0-2 in 2007 and with the UFC’s willingness to release fighters after a single defeat, the welterweight brawler’s ability to maintain a place in the top fighting league shows he’s got the charisma to keep fans tuning in. Now, he’s translated that know-how into words and bound those words into a book called Octagon that he’ll be signing Monday. His only request? Do not bring any fighting memorabilia to be signed on this book specific tour­—you don’t want to find out what a UFC Submission Move feels like.
