The Big Question
Amusings, Hauntings and Wantings

Begging some questions regarding our existence in this universe, artist Stephen Anderson (along with audio collaborator Jerry Lloyd and fabric constructer Pamela Grau Twena) ponders in great detail the topics that inspire pure mind-bogglement. Says Anderson, Do you realize that all humans are composed of the same ingredients, that our identity/personality is based on a hierarchical chemical storage in our brain? Take out the surface layer of our brain (the crumpled gray matter)its the size of a dinner napkin. Our memory is stored here. This is all that separates us. The multimedia shows artwork swirls around these theories, and although sometimes bordering on the macabre, its the images of human anatomy that force the realization that we really are made up of the same stuff. Yes, even you, Paris.
