The massive dance club in downtown Long Beach seems to be stepping up it's game and incorporating high class cuisine to it's glitzy nightlife. The Red Orchid Restaurant, a zen-like and elegant space, will focus on "cuisine that is Pacific Rim with specialties that include eclectic sushi, tender steaks, and succulent seafood entrees. The beverage menu features innovative martinis, specialty cocktails, a full California wine list and several brands of sake."
