Monday Night Comedy featuring Doug Starks at The Coach House

By NATE JACKSON

Published on September 27, 2008 at 2:45am

For many stand up comedians, the art of impersonation is the lifeblood of a successful act. For comedian and entertainer Doug Starks, that philosophy comes with a little something extra. Starks vocal talent and dancing ability gives him the chops to impersonate some of soul and R&B's best performers including Sammy Davis Jr. and Smokey Robinson. With humorous observations about life, love, sex and relationships, Starks' comedy can definitely spice up a Monday night. From Radio City Music Hall in New York to The MGM in Las Vega, Starks' comedy act has enough variety to make him a triple threat on stage... eat your heart out Wayne Brady.
