It's Tricky

Tricky

By Nate Jackson

Published on September 11, 2008 at 2:46am

A couple of months after the release of his album Knowle West Boy, electro-punk prince Tricky brings his beats to the House of Blues. Since his early days with Massive Attack, Tricky has been a landmark artist in the world of trip-hop and electro music. His half-rapping, half-singing style is the cement icing on a cake of gritty beats and dark imagery. If a night of dark, heavy, innovative energy is what you're looking for, come watch Tricky infiltrate Downtown Disney's No. 1 venue for concerts that have nothing to do with Mickey Mouse.
