Yarrr We Done, Yet?

Now that the third and allegedly final installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean films has come and gone, we can all look back with bemusement at the pirate frenzy that gripped our nation during those heady days. While the "Yarrr" jokes may be dying down among the hoi polloi, there remain some for whom pirate fever will never diminish. For these die-hards, Newport Harbor Nautical Museum is hosting "The Search for Queen Anne's Revenge," an exhibit featuring relics salvaged from the notorious vessel of the infamous Captain Blackbeard, including blunderbuss barrels, cannonballs, platters, sounding weights and an algae-covered signed test-pressing of Jimmy Buffett's Son of a Son of a Sailor.
