Ever since the film studios realized decades ago what a lucrative product they were churning out, women in Hollywood have had a tough row to hoe. In addition to the very visible actresses with whom you're familiar, there have been women who have worked hard behind the camera-writing, producing and directing. For your edification, Susannah Grant, Leslie Dixon, Karen McCullah Lutz, Dana Stevens, Cynthia Whitcomb and moderator Laura Ziskin will relate their tales of navigating the Hollywood power structure.
