Mirror Reflection

Face to Face

By RYAN RITCHIE

Published on March 27, 2008 at 2:40am

The Ignorance Is Bliss lineup of SoCal pop-punk band Face to Face is reuniting after the group called it quits nearly five years ago. Some might argue the band weren't gone long enough for anyone to miss them, but a post on their official website gives a simple and honest explanation as to why the breakup didn't stick: "We have decided to get back together and play some shows again. Truth is, we love the songs and the band. We never really had any personality conflicts or drama." Reuniniting members Trever Keith (vocals/ guitar), Scott Shiflett (bass) and Pete Parada (drums) say there are no plans to write or record any new material, which means anyone who attends these shows can expect what everyone wants from any band: the hits.
