A Static Lullaby have come a long way since their high-school jam sessions. Though originally from Chino, thanks to their Orange County fan base, the band were able to expand in the wider world of underground hardcore. Who can forget their abrasive songs that would spark young dancers to scissor kick and two-step? Plus, their ability to blend noisy breakdowns with melodic hooks set them apart from their hardcore brethren. With the 2006 release of A Static Lullaby -produced by the god of hardcore himself, Steve Evetts-this unforgettable outfit have found solid ground, maturing and enhancing their sound since their days as local faves.
