TJ Miller

So, anyone see that Cloverfield film yet? Is there anything JJ Abrams can touch that won't turn to gold? A lot has been made of Abrams' decision to use "unknowns" in his cast, but one of the leads, TJ Miller, has been performing standup comedy for more than five years. The fact that he has been schooled in the ancient art of improv means that even if the comedy club is set upon by mysterious extraterrestrial forces, Miller will be able to riff them to death-provided someone in the audience shouts out a profession, a holiday and a religious persuasion.
