Wyclef Jean

By Andrea Adams

Published on January 10, 2008

Now, this guy is an amazingly talented musician-both as one-third of the Fugees and as a solo artist. He's a phenomenonal producer and a hugely sought-after collaborator (he's worked with such artists as Carlos Santana and, surprisingly, Big & Rich). He's an outspoken activist for his native country of Haiti. He's won Grammys and even a Golden Globe for a song he contributed to the Hotel Rwanda soundtrack. But what is the world the most grateful for? His proclaimation that Shakira's hips tell the truth.
