Love may be a battlefield, but when we're looking for deals, a shopping spree can be a goddamn war. Calculating percentages off can send shivers down our spines that can subsequently rise back up to slip out of our mouth in an unabashed squeal of ecstasy. It's just another satisfying way to stick it to the Man (and depending on the discount, it can be one of the more fulfilling ways to do it). It's revenge on all the clothing kingpins who charge us hundreds for a bikini composed of mere inches of fabric. I guess Fashion Elements just brings out the general in us.

On Saturday, at Fashion Elements, designer stock goes on markdown. It's an event that's been the secret of LA fashionistas for too long, and now the OC is getting its own. Designers' (including BCBG, Single, Seven, Cheena Chandra, Tart, Marisa K, Contraband, Rock & Republic, Yoga Army, B. Boheme, Geren Ford, Flux Nouveau, Too Faced Cosmetics, and more) duds sprawled out for the taking, and it's on, sister. Hands off my less-than-retail, bitch.
