Where might you get ticketed by the Citation Processing Center

Stan Brin

Published on June 08, 2006

The Citation Processing Center runs parking tickets throughout eastern and southern Orange County, and in unincorporated areas.

The cities that process their own parking tickets are: Anaheim, Brea/Yorba Linda, Buena Park, Fullerton, Laguna Beach, La Habra, La Palma, Placentia and Santa Ana.

Irvine uses another firm, Enforcement Technology, to process the tickets, but has its own hearing officer. Enforcement Technology is a conventional data services company that operates openly under its own name and does not employ hearing officers.
