Dr. Chaudhuri

Published on September 08, 2005

In our Aug. 5-11 edition, we published "Now With the Big Knives," which reported on Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri's history in the health-care industry and on Costa Mesa-based Integrated Health Holdings Inc.'s pending lawsuit against one of its critics, Dr. Michael Fitzgibbons. The article was accompanied by a cartoon of Chaudhuri and included the sub-headline: "Doctor uses court to silence his littlest critic." Chaudhuri, however, is not a party to the lawsuit against Dr. Fitzgibbons, and, according to Chaudhuri's attorneys, their client did not participate in IHHI's decision to file the lawsuit. We regret the error.
