Do, do, do see Capital before it closes. It's a musical about capital punishment, and per our Theater listings, it's about "two activists who accidentally kill the governor of their state while trying to persuade him to stay the execution of the notorious Billy the Goat." With folk songs! Yow! I am reminded of a perhaps less-sophisticated Bob Roberts. Should you do crack? No. It's a ghetto drug. 8 p.m. $21.50-$25.50. Can't decide whether to go to All Tomorrow's Parties at the Queen Mary on Saturday to see Modest Mouse and Lou Reed, or on Sunday to see Flaming Lips, The Cramps, Built to Spill and The Shins? I guess you'll just to have to pony up the $90 and go both days. Poor you! You know, I've been to some dogs of festivals at the Queen Mary Park. This ain't gonna be one of them. Just imagine: it's like Coachella without the heat, the bad planning and Perry Farrell! 2 p.m. One-day pass, $55 plus facility fee (what is a facility fee?
