WAL-MART ES MUY GIGANTE!Anaheim's city government is full of bigotry and old-boy mentality (Gustavo Arellano's "Food Fight," Aug 9) If Arellano thinks the Anaheim Planning Commission has any concern for the smaller Mexican markets, think again.
