> Duran Duran, "Friends of Mine." "Duran Duran was the first band I fell in love with, and my love affair with these '80s gods remains true to this day! At the Universal Amphitheater a few weeks ago, they blew my mind performing their classic tune 'Friends of Mine'! Nothing could make a Duranie happier than watching Simon Le Bon sing this song while sporting a very hip cowboy hat and very tight pants. I've been listening to 'Friends of Mine' every day since to relive the moment!"

> Ozomatli, "Cumbia De Los Muertos." "This is my favorite song to see live, not only because Ozomatli really make you want to dance to their hip-hop Latin groove, but also because they incorporate some fun choreography into the mix to get the crowd going."

> KMFDM, "Split." "I'm still in denial about the KMFDM breakup and finding it hard to get into Halloween this year, knowing they won't be performing. I've been listening to one of their classic older tunes, 'Split,' to satisfy my industrial cravings."

> Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, "All N My Grill." "Missy definitely has the flava. Every time I hear her latest single, 'All N My Grill,' I immediately start raising the roof in my car. I can't help it—Missy is the bomb!"

> Bran Van 3000, "Drinking in L.A." "This song is overlooked by the radio gods. I heard it on KROQ once a few months ago, and then it disappeared. I love the mellow, early '80s sound."

> Q-Tip, "Vivrant Thing." "I really, really dig this hip-hop groove! Nothing makes me want to shake my bootie more than this song! Look out!"

> Los Amigos Invisibles, "Ponerte en Cuatro." "You can't help but get down to the fun electro-Venezuelan sounds of this exciting and fun tune! Well, at least I can't! They bring a whole new experience to getting groovy!"
