Din Din was added on to the family-owned restaurant's name, Bamboo Terrace, to signify the transfer of operations to the family's third generation. They are committed to serving great-tasting Chinese food using only high-quality ingredients, such as 100 percent white-meat chicken and USDA-choice flank steak, all sans tenderizers and MSG. The dining area resembles a bamboo terrace, and the walls are adorned with Asian art and early 20th-century black-and-white photographs depicting Chinese immigrants. Other aspects reflect the current owners' assimilation into American culture complete with hip music to groove to and big-screen TVs in the Asian beer-house-style bar. Tuesday through Friday features Bingo in the bar, with the winners receiving $20 off their bills.

For an appetizer the Carpaccio Di Manzo is a sumptuous serving of thinly sliced pure filet with arugula, capers and artichoke hearts.
